Need something with a little pizazz to kick start your week? Monday mornings BUMS, TUMS, TRIS & THIGHS will bring that zing to your day and get you moving into your week.

Sessions start at 6am on Mondays from High Vista Park, Mount Louisa.

Wednesday mornings BEGINNERS running session meets weekly (locations change monthly) at 5:50am Wednesday mornings. Work on improving your running, whilst getting fit.

Before you start your weekend spend a little time burning some energy!
